About Me:
I am a linux user and contributer since 1994. Back in time I started with Slackware and Kernel 1.0. I also contributed to Debian for a long time, but after a while I moved back to Slack because I think it´s easier to handle.

A few years ago I have decided to found easys GNU/Linux which is based on Slackware Linux but simplified in some parts. Our growing team has already written a unique graphical installer called YaLI (Yet another Linux Installer) which supports i18n and a complete Disk Management solution. One of the main aims of easys GNU/Linux is to be as Slackware compatible as possible. We change nearly none of the original packages and add only a few system management tools for easier handling.

So any question about easys GNU/Linux despite the installation system is a question about Slackware and all of the solutions for Slackware Linux can directly be applied to easys GNU/Linux.
